From two weeks up to several months. You remain flexible and can give weekly notice — ideal for projects, internships or while searching for a permanent flat.
Do I need a deposit or pay agency fees?
No. You pay neither deposit nor agency fee and move in with a fair all-inclusive fixed price. Both parties are protected by a clear, simple booking contract — you are only liable for damage you cause yourself. This makes moving in fast and uncomplicated.
Can I get a larger apartment than a studio?
Yes. Immediately available are our furnished studios (30–35 m²). As a division of IMMOXX we also organise furnished apartments of any size in Graz — from the 2-room apartment (45–65 m²) to the family or team apartment with 70–110 m². Just tell us your needs and we will make you a suitable offer.
What does a furnished apartment in Graz cost?
The monthly price is all-inclusive and decreases with your length of stay. For Babenbergerstraße 46 (Premium): Flex (2 weeks–2 months) € 1,090, Standard (3–5 months) € 990, Comfort (6–11 months) € 920, Long-term from € 860. Waagner-Biro-Straße (Standard): from € 680. The apartment is fully furnished including basic kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels. Final cleaning is included; laundry and interim cleaning service can be optionally added.
