How long can I rent an apartment?
From one month up to several months. The minimum stay is one month, after that you can give monthly notice — ideal for projects, internships or while searching for a permanent flat.
Do I need a deposit or pay agency fees?
No. You pay neither deposit nor agency fee and move in with a fair all-inclusive fixed price. Both parties are protected by a clear, simple booking contract — you are only liable for damage you cause yourself. This makes moving in fast and uncomplicated.
Can I get a larger apartment than a studio?
Not in short-term rental: we only let furnished apartments up to 35 m² at Babenbergerstraße 46. Anything larger — a two-room, family or team apartment — goes through the classic letting service of IMMOXX. The apartment is fully furnished including basic kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels. The only extra item is the final cleaning at a one-off € 100; interim cleaning can be added optionally.
